You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at contact@ecoddle.com with your order number. Shipping will be at your expense.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it’s in new condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on used items unless they are defective. Please email us with any concerns.
